• • • • • • • •	Linen & towels are supplied to the queen bed only Linen hire is available for a small fee for all other beds Tariffs are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian Pets are permitted at Manager's discretion during low season periods only and are restricted to the Caravan & Camping section Bookings cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposit paid less $30 booking fee Bookings cancelled within 30 days of due arrival date will receive a refund of deposit paid less the cost of the first night's accommodation No refunds for cancellation due to weather, change of itinerary or early departure
